Suggest Treatment For Seizure In A Child

My Son Sanjay who is 109 days old developed stiffness for 3 seconds while feeding,he became like a stick suddenly,i immediately put him on shoulder and patted, i didnt notice his eyes or he has peed as he was put on diaper,he became normal after that,this happened on 20th of june.This incident has not repeated until now.we consulted a pediatrician he suggested us to change the third dosage of DPT to DPAT.He suspected it might be breath holding or a kind of
seizure,so we met a pediatric neurologist,who asked us to take EEG and CT scan,we took EEG which came completely normal,but pressing to take plain CT Scan before putting DPAT.he is passing stools in golden yellow colour mixed with ligth green.he is taking feed normally and he is clinically normal. His birth weight is 2.65kgs and now he is 7.95kgs
Kindly suggest us if CT scan should be taken compulsorily and please let us know why the stiffness has occured when EEG shows normal and also why stools are light green colour
