Suggest Treatment For Seizures And Memory Loss

I have what is like blacking out my wife calls it seizure like spells and the last one I could not remember anything for almost a day and a half I have had spells like this before but usually my memory loss is limited to what happened while the spell took place. What can cause this?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the seizure but it could be TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack) and better to get done the CT of brain, if it is the history of hypertension then it has to be well controlled hope this information helps.
