Suggest Treatment For Seizures, Breathlessness And Blackouts
I have had seizures and blacking out...I am not sure why..but when I come to I don t remember what happened..i have a history of heart problems in my family..and when the onset happens...it gets really hard to breathe and I am extremely short of breath and I just black out
With most seizures, the persons are unaware of the events leading up the loss of consciousness.
If your seizures are frequent then it would be best to see your doctor for an assessment of your seizure medication if you are currently using meds. If you are not using any medication, one may need to be started.
Your doctor may also want to rule out heart related problems as a potential cause of your symptoms since you have shortness of breath. This would involve an echo and ECG.
If it is heart related then heart treatment not seizure treatment, would be needed.
I hope this helps
