HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

With most seizures, the persons are unaware of the events leading up the loss of consciousness.

If your seizures are frequent then it would be best to see your doctor for an assessment of your seizure medication if you are currently using meds.
If you are not using any medication, one may need to be started.

Your doctor may also want to rule out heart related problems as a potential cause of your symptoms since you have shortness of breath.
This would involve an echo and ECG.

If it is heart related then heart treatment not seizure treatment, would be needed.

I hope this helps
