Suggest Treatment For Seizures

I had two seizures on Thursday night, one at 2am and the other at 6am. I bit my tongue quite badly. My husband says that it started with me lying on my left hand side and then my right hand flicked up and my whole body started shaking. I haven't had a seizure since August and May before that. Had one 2 years ago and all tests were done but nothing found and I wasn't put on any medication at the time but haven't been back since either. The aforementioned have all been nocturnal. What is happening??
