Suggest Treatment For Seizures

My 18 year old daughter began having partial seizures about every 6 days, approximately 6-7 weeks ago. MRI, MRA, EEG, EKG were normal. They also did a simple blood test in the office to check thyroid and sugar level and were normal. The doctor wants to do a 48 hr in home EEG, but we are waiting until school is out. No family history of any type of seizures. Could the blood test have missed something? Could she be hypoglycemic? She has fainted several times before this started and she has always gotten up to urinate in the middle of the night since she was 3 (could just be habit), She sweats in her sleep. She loves carbs and salt. She is very athletic. Also, seizures do happen doing nothing or mindless activity never when she is really focused mentally or during sports. What are your thoughts?
