Suggest Treatment For Seizures

hello doc. my brother has a problem in his brain there is some viruse in his brain which made him some time he doesnt want to know what to speak and what to do he always confuse in his problems . he also suffer from fits he had an actck in 2004 after this we have start a teartment in AIIMS under Dr. Padama where she started one tab name valprol 500mg after 3 years she stop the tabs. but after 2- 3months my bro have another fits then also we go to Dr. Padma them also she started the same but now when we have his MRI she told us that he has to take the tab lifelong . please tell us what to do please help us sir
