Suggest Treatment For Seizures

hi my name is miraj, i have three seizures within one year, the two seizures caused after reducing my antiepileptic medication, i am confused having or not epilepsy, my EGG is normal , when I hear I shouldn’t take any medications after having my first seizure. I want to know what caused it because I still use antidepressant (Amirol ) medication for the past five years
