Suggest Treatment For Seizures

52...5' 8"...260...partial siezures...been on-dilantin-tegretol-mysoline-lamictal-depakote-and keppra---pills work 3 to 6 months & siezures return...two hemangiomas-birthmarks just inside my brain...been taking propranolol and prednisone....birthmarks on skin are reduced significantly....siezures are milder and fewer....are there surgery options .... I am sure my brain birthmarks are not what they used to be
