Suggest Treatment For Semen Leakage

Hello doctors. I have sperm leakage problem. When i talked to my girlfriend on phone or face to face my leakage has been started till i end up the call. I also started exercises but still the problem is not solved. Plz help me out because i feel alot of pain in my back and my forearms as well.

Hi.

If you observe a clear white liquid being secreted when you are aroused, do not fret. This is not your sperm/semen and so you need not worry about it. This is just pre-lubrication which just indicates an aroused state and nothing more.
But if you are actually ejaculating then this could be an issue to so with premature ejaculation.
