Suggest Treatment For Senile Dementia

my mother who is 74yrs old is having diabetes for 3yrs now and she is having high BP for 24yrs. Now she is having senile dementia and she is not able 2 walk. She at times not able 2 move her legs, the legs becomes stiff like. I can see her try but she is not able 2 lift her legs 2 walk. She is not able to strainghten her legs on bed. Her posture has bend. What can be done 2 make her lift her legs and improve her posture
