Suggest Treatment For Sensitive Skin

Hi Doctor, i am krishna and i have observed that my skin has become more sensitive from past 2 weeks. whenever anything hits hard or insect bite or a slight scratch or a mild bite on my skin, it is causing swell on the affected area in few minutes and staying for over few hours and disappearing. I learnt this is presentin 5% of young adults(20 an 30). i am 29 now. and leant that this could be because of Immune disorder. Is it TRUE ?. I prefer natural ones like Ayurveda or a permanent cure if available. Could you help me on this.. Thanks in advance..Krishna

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here this could be hypersensitivity reaction if this is happening with the skin then it is advisable to start taking the antihistamine tab and the best option is Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day" no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
