Suggest Treatment For Sensitivity And Pain In Testicles
Hi I seem to have sudden sensitivity/minor pain in right testicle. I haven t done anything that could cause it harm or differently other than drink lots of water today...I noticed after urinating earlier it seemed to leak more after I left the restroom is there a connection?? Is this a good thing?

1.Such pain and sensitivity can be radiating pain from the lower lumbar region - if you have lower back pain it can be related to it, which needs back exercises.
2.The urine leak what you are experiencing could be due to the inflammation of the urethra / infective process can cause above symptoms.
3.Even in bladder infection this kind of the symptoms are seen.
4.At this point to rule out any testicular pathology - i would recommend to get an scrotal ultrasound done, that will actually helps to identify the possible cause, if not in testis can see for other possibilities.
5.For the bladder and urethral symptoms - you need to get an ultrasound lower abdomen, that will help to identify KUB - kidney and urinary bladder. A course of antibiotics will be helpful.
