Suggest Treatment For Sensory And Peripheral Neuropathy

I am a 51 year old woman, I have psoriatic arithrits and sensory and peripheral neuropathy. I have been sick with a virus for about 2 weeks ago, began as a two emergency root canals and ended up with a severe sinus infection and bronchitis. Yesterday I began getting symptoms in my right calf, it feels really hot inside and stretches down to the mid point of the bottom my foot. I have lost all feeling in my foot when I sit down. I also have had an outbreak of pustular psoriasis over the last few days. Is this just the psoriasis or could this be something more serious. I have two very large cracks on the foot on the same side, all from the pssorisis. I know this is a lot, am I making sense?
