Suggest Treatment For Sever Head Ache

Hello, Severe headache on and off for five days. About two days ago, my left temple, in between my temple and ear, a little higher actually will throb/pulse pretty intense. Especially when she lays on her left side. She is also experiencing quick on set of sever head pain when she moves from a sitting position to a standing position. I am asking this for my daughter, as she is unable to stay contacted to the internet. She was able to get online for a bit and saw something about annurysms and it scared her. She is 21 years old. Do you have any idea of what she may be experiencing? Thank you.

Hi,I did review your concern
Any new onset severe headache should require an evaluation including eye evaluation and if needed a MRI of head if its severe enough. Most commonly unilateral headache is due to migraine or tension or stress but still it is important to rule out any organic cause before reaching to these diagnosis.
I hope this helps.
Wish you all the best.
