Suggest Treatment For Several Panic Attacks For A Month Apart From Dizziness, Recurrent Heart Palpitations And Breathlessness

Hello doctor I had several panic attacks in the last month because of exams I used to take diazepam to calm down But now i dont know if its panic attacks or something else I feel dizzy , recurrent palpations sometimes I also feel shortness of breath and chest discomfort I’ve been like this for 3 days now Should I take concor or diazepam to calm the palpations at the moment
