Suggest Treatment For Several Unusual Instances Of Chest Pain And Sudden Chills And Shaking

After my physical yesterday, I had two shots, one for flu and maybe pneumonia. Last evening I had several unusual instances of chest pain and suddenly was chilled and shaking so went to bed. Those conditions continue now. Have had n atrial valve replacement in 2014 and have been diagnosed with Parkinsons. Should I do something now or wait til morning?
