Suggest Treatment For Severe UTI And Liver Failure

i have symptoms of a uti. hx of pyelonephritis in the past due to a severe uti with renal failure, liver failure, bilateral pleural effusions and a small pericardial effusion. that was 3 years ago. I had a ua done with no wbcs but 50 rbcs. they started me on abx due to my history. i know that any rbcs over 3-4 are abnl. just trying to find out what different values are on rbcs in urine and what they might indicated vs just being abnl

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is different condition stated here but main concern would be urinary tract infection actually value of rbc in urine goes of variation according to age and gender (It is not mentioned here ) in your case infection should be matter of concern, and for that better to get done the urine culture sensitivity test but better cure rate, also clinical symptoms are equally important, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
