General & Family Physician 's  Response
First of all take an ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis to find out if there is any calculi (stone). Some other reasons for burning pain around the back and pelvis are menstrual cramps, urine infection, colitis, acid peptid disorder. Kindly go for proper investigation. Drinking plenty of oral fluids, proper rest and antispasmodic drug helps in some patients.
