General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to the perimenstrual syndrome. I recommend using painkillers such as Ibuprofen three times a day. I also recommend using heat compresses for relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
