Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Cramps

having a cramping in my stomach, while standing my stomach feels hard or tight, the cramping comes and goes, the pain is in the upper portion of the stomach, I am having normal bowel movements, its been brothering me for 3 days now. not seeing any blood or abnormalitys

As a first line management, you can take antispasmodic like hyoscine or Cyclopam for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
