Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Bloating In An Elderly Person
I have abdominal pain with severe bloating pressure, no warning, not normal for me. I am a 56 year old woman, healthy with a high pain tolerance, I am in very severe abdominal pain. bloated and miserable. pain is in lower abdomen, centered, not left or right. sudden over a 15 minute span and getting worse
I can understand your concern. As per your query about abdominal pain which is mostly centralized in lower abdomen with bloating repeatedly looks like due to severe constipation or acute gastroenteritis and the pain seems to colicky pain. But sometimes referred pain from other organs like kidney can also cause this kind of pain.
I suggest you to consult a physician for a proper examination and diagnosis. For the time being you can take tablet Ranitidine twice a day and Digene syrup to ease the symptoms. Avoid spicy, oily and junk foods and take healthy fiber rich diet.
I hope this information helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Jyoti Pandey
