Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Bloating

Hello. I may or may not have had sex last year October, the fourth. I bled for 4-5 days every month after that. I got tender breasts before my period in October, which hasn t happened before. I took a test this January on the day of my period, negative. Since then I experienced stomach growling, bloating and abdominal pain. This February I also had this sensation of bubbles popping inside me, in my abdominal, rib and inner thighs area. This month I spotted the evening I got my period. The next day the flow was heavy, day two medium flow and day three light. Am I pregnant or just paranoid?
