Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Cough

Hi my name is Steve and I been having pain in my stomach to the right of my belly button. It hurt yesterday but not bad I thought maybe I pulled a muscle. Now today the pain is getting really bad. It hurts to move, breath cough and my boss won't let me go to the er. What will happen if I don't go to the er and what do you think it is please help.

Hi severe pain to right of umbilicus can be due gastritis or a kidney stone.
Try Omeprazole plus an antispasmodic (hyoscine/oxyphenonium bromide).
When possible if there is no improvement, get a sonography done--regards
