Hello,

You have a history of abortion a few years back. Presently you are having severe abdominal pain & cramps.

Abdominal pain & cramps can be due to Acid Reflux, UTI or Uterine Polyp, Fibroid or developing endometriosis.

Take Antacids, PPI's or Spasmol (Spasmo Proxyvon), one sos when needed to get rid of abdominal pain & cramp.

You are suggested to get Urinalysis (R/E & C/S) done to rule out UTI. You will need antibiotics if UTI is detected.

To be on the safer side, get physically examined by a gynecologist. Get USG (uterus) done to detect polyp, fibroid or any developing endometriosis.

Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
