Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea

Hello. Is it possible without experiencing an actual tear to have some type of permanent change to your bowel after a colonscopy. I m in my 60s and have had several due to previous gastro issues with no problems afterwards. Since my most recent about 3 months I have frequent severe abdominal pain prior not like gripping pain associated with diarrhea. It s absolutely terrible. My bowel habits are also different and I can t come up with anything else that has happened.
