Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Fever
Hi. I have been experiencing mid-section abdominal pain, with a tube-like distention on both sides. Possible low grade fever; pain gets worse in the evening. Earlier in day I experience pressure in my testicles; more so left side than right. I am generally a healthy, 30 year old male (smoker; rarely drink alcohol). I have been having pains for more than a month. This evening I bent over to pick up a pen off the floor and I felt a pop on the right side (where the skin is descended - a tubular shape. I went to the ER a couple of weeks ago, blood labs are normal, x-rays did not show anything. no clue as to what is going on. The pain is worsening and I am very concerned.

We have to rule out possible conditions like appendicitis. Consult a general surgeon and evaluated. An ultrasound scan is required for further assessment. As of now, you can take drugs lol paracetamol for fever and pain.
