General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that your child has early dumping syndrome. In this situation, I suggest taking octreotide (Sandostatin) medication. I also suggest to eat smaller meals and avoid fluids with meals. Change food habits and take plenty of protein foods.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arup Majumdar, General & Family Physician
