Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain With Lightheadedness
Im a 39 yr old female i got real sharp lower adomonil pains from center to left around 2 hours ago i was sweating and got light headed and felt nauseated with it i took 2 extra strength tylonal the sweating stopped and i still get a little light headed when i stand, as long as i sit i dont feel the sharp pains but when i get up or cough i feel a stabbing pain, my urine is fine and i have went to the bathroom --- is this something i should worry about

You have got sharp pains from the center of the abdomen to the left around 2 hours. There is associated nausea, lightheadedness and sweating and you took already 2 Tylenol...
The sharp stabbing pain are coming only if you are getting up or coughing, urine is fine...
The probable cause can be a hernia.
I would advise you to get examined by a General Surgeon and get the necessary investigations as advised by him.
Final diagnosis will lead to a proper treatment.
