Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

hv been trying to be pregnant for 7 months now, each time am getting close to my period date, say like 10days before, i will be having a serious lower abdominal pain with hotness in foot, if my period is like a week late the next wk, believing that am pregnant, the follwoing week i will start seeing my period

Hi welcome to HCM...

Here according to history , you are having some mensrual irregularity and lower abdominal pain...

For that your pelvic examination needs to be done along with USG abdomen....

It will help in rule out fibroid , ovarian cyst, PID or any growth if present ....

Also get check your thyroid profile ...

According to cause treatment given....

For conceiving it is better to do intercourse around ovulation time means 10 to 20 day of your cycle ....
You can use LH kit for determining ovulation...

But first try to correct underlying problem if present ....
