Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

Hi. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy this past Monday and I have continue to have sever stomach pain after I eat anything solid, pain under my right rib and painful intestines. I have been taking gasX to help with any gas build up and tylenol since Monday evening and I am not getting in relief. In fact, at times the pain in my entire abdominal areas is pretty intense. My GI removed 3 large polyps from my colon and 2 in my stomach. Waiting on pathology. Suggestions to help me feel better?
