Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

My abdominal pain is on my left, level with my belly button. When I press on it, it is tender. It also kind of hurts as I am sitting down. A few days ago, I took extra Vitamin C to ward off a family cold going around, and my abdomen has been hurting since then. Could that do that? YYYY@YYYY

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
I don't think sit. Vitamin c should not lead to abdominal pain and this sounds to me more like diverticulisis or IBS so you should do colonoscopy and ct scan for further evaluation especially if there is increasing pain and fever.
