Sir I am 32 age I suffering stomach pain left side under the chest bones, getting pain between shoulder &after eating food under the tooth getting water, I did endoscopy stomuch result is fundus:multiple erosions+, body: normal, antrum: multiple erosions+. duodenum results D1:Multiple erosions+,cap:normal &D2: normal Endoscopy result: SEVERE EROSIVE FUNDAL&NATURAL EROSIVE DUODENITIS

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your abdominal pain is from multiple erosion present in stomach...

Acid secretion aggravate this erosion...

So you need to prescribed rabeprazole like good antacid drug to reduce acid secretion and healing of erosion... (for four week it is prescribed)

Avoid gastric irritants like...
-spicy foods
-Smoking
-non veg foods
-alcohol
-stress etc....

Your serum gastrin level has to be checked

If needed h. Pylori tested by urea breath test
