Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

hi, i woke up early this morning with pain in my stomach area, at the high end below my breast plate. I am not nauseous, but it is uncomfortable when I move around and is tender when I touch that area. I took 2 gas-x this morning, but that has not relieved the symptoms. Although I take pepcid on occasion, I have not taken gas-x before. Thank you for any help you can provide.

According to your complain you have problem of severe upper abdominal pain that may be because of stomach ulcer or other condition.

gallstone also cause severe pain in abdominal area.Gastroenteritis may ruled out.

Consultant a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Abdominal ultra sonography to detect any gallstones or other abnormality.
Endoscopy can done for further diagnosis.
