Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pimples can occur due to a number of causes like oily skin, clogged pores, bacterial infection, inflammation and hormonal changes etc..

It is treated with a combination of anti bacterial and anti acne medications..
As your face is getting red and swollen it seems that you are getting an allergic reaction to any of the components of the the medications given to you..

You should stop taking the medication as of now and consult your treating dermatologist and get evaluated, so that he can change the medication..
As of now you can take anti allergics like Benadryl..
Do cool compresses over the face and splash cool water over the face..

You can be advised other medications like Salicylic acid containing facewash, soframycin or neosporin ointments along with benzoyl peroxide gel..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
Avoid oily food and take more of green leafy vegetables and fruits..
Drink plenty of water.
Limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when going into sun..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
