Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne On Nose With Pigmentation Issues
Hi Doctor, I had a beautiful nose all my life however had acne on my remaining face, in the past ( on and off). After marriage my acne went away. Now I am in late 40s and facing pigmentation on both checks bones which started about a year ago. And most recently I a little brown patch appeared on my nose which is very upsetting. Please help me with pigmentation on my face especially with this nose patch. Kind Regards Mrs Awan YYYY@YYYY

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe acne on nose with pigmentation issues which occur when there is hormonal changes, dandruff, stress and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum,dead skin and bacteria get infected. I would suggest you to avoid oily and fried food and make use of product containing benzoyl peroxide. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and can also go for chemical peel containing Glycolic acid. Apply Adapelene gel once at night. Also wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day.
