Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne On The Face

Hi,am 21 am siffrng frm acne past 10months.Hw can i get rid of white heads on face specially on the sidelocks.drinking plenty of water,consuming saafi(herbal syrup).but no results.please suggest me somethng one pimple fades another pops out.white heads can b seen all over the face...any suggestions are welcomed

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe acne on the face since 10 months which occurs when sebum get accumulated along with dead skin and bacteria in clogged pore of sebaceous gland. I would suggest you to apply clearasil face wash twice a day as it contain salicylic acid which is very good for preventing acne. Apply betnovate on acne twice a day for 2-3 days. After washing face apply cream containing azelaic acid. Avoid touching and pricking it with sharp objects. Exfoliate your skin one a week to remove the dead skin from your face. If condition doesn't start getting better in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotic course clindamycin or isoteritenoin for twice a day for few weeks .
