Hello,

I can understand your concern for severe acne problem. I can understand from your query that you are quite stressed with severe acne problem and want it to be managed at the earliest.

In all your kind of cases I generally choose and suggest a combination of Isotretinoin and oral antibiotic such as azithromycin as preference of treatment. These are one of the best drug combination which reduce the chances of high oil secretion and reduces the chances of infection too. This part of treatment can probably be covered by the medical insurance which you can discuss with your insurance agent. You can take further guidance from your treating dermatologist.
Take care.
