General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If your acne is not responding to the antibiotics and benzoil peroxide, then isotretinoin will be more effective. Isotretinoin a potent medicine that attacks all four causes of acne—bacteria, clogged pores, excess oil and inflammation. I suggest consult a dermatologist for evaluation and further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
