Hello dear,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

For acne unresponsive to antibiotics, after ruling out any contraindications if any, oral isotreinoin is given. It is also a very helpful drug in moderate to severe grade acne.

Various topical medications like clindamycin gel, benzoyl peroxide are also advised alonwith.

As per details, this is my best advise for you. If any further query, you may ask me.
You may discuss this with your doctor.

Stay healthy.
