Suggest Treatment For Severe Ankle Pain While Suffering From Tendonitis

Hi I am 38yrs old and about 25 wks pregnant. I have been diagnosed with tendonitis in ankles and knees about 24 days about I ended up with sever pain in my rt knee went to hospital x-ray showed nothing wrong then ortho. drained it with no infect ion. It started to feel better then yesterday I got the same pain in my rt knee again it is swollen and a little warm. I don't know where to go from here go back to ER or wait for a DR appt. also I am having so pain in my right ankle as well. Please tell me what you think
