Suggest Treatment For Severe Ankle Pain

Hi there. I have been hurting on the top of my ankle o I took my sock off and found pus running outta my big toe. It's runing clear with green pus. No in grone toe nail. What could this possibly be? Im 29 with a heart blockage and thyroid problems. Could any be connected?
