Suggest Treatment For Severe Ankle Pain

I reside in gurgaon. i have left ankle pain from last 6-7 months due to twist while walking.... i have consult few doctors. One have put fracture bandage, one have advise bandage for few weeks, and one has advise calcium tab - cipcal ....but nothing helps ? what should i do ?
