Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety After Decreasing The Dose Of Paxidep
Hii.....I was taking panizep 25...for a period of six months...then my doctor reduced it to paxidep 25 and clonazepam 25...and now I am taking panenzep 12.5 on mondays and thursdays...but I am having severe anxiety and ringing sound in ears ...from a few days....can u tell plz what are tge side effects of widrawal symtoms of these medicines

The symptoms are very suggestive of the result Of reducing the presexistinh medication. The only way to avoid it, is to taper it even more gradually. From 50 mg paxidep you can reduce it to 37.5 and reduce clonazepam after you tolerate reduction of one drug. One drug can be gradually tapered and then other.
Additionally a small dose of beta blocker can be added to treatment to reduce anxiety.
These suggestions can be discussed with your treating doctor and then changes be made.
