Most of time this happens to me I feel sad and cry ,and I sometimes I wish death . Can you please help me
Hello, I completely understand what you are trying to convey. Although these perceptions can be controlled by your own desire and constant practice I would suggest you to have a consult with a psychiatrist. Cognitive behavior therapy is a fancy name to a very effective process that can help people to regain control over situations where they think they have lost control. In addition to this and counseling you might also benefit from the use of drug such as flouxetine which can help you to cheer up and stabilize your mood.
There are also some other efforts such as creating an active distraction and an active lifestyle which can be of more use than you might imagine.
