Hi,

I can understand your problem, but health is more important than anything. Panic attacks may be treated with regular exercise, yoga, and meditation. Cognitive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and exposural therapy may useful.

If symptoms not improved please consult your psychiatrist he will examine and advice you appropriate dose of medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
