Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety And Stress

Hi yes I was wondering if I should worry about being pregnant? My boyfriend and I use condoms and I take my birth control everyday,sometimes a three hours difference. But this month he took the condom off for only a little bit then put another one on so he did not cum inside of me. But this month,during my placebo pills I have only had spotting on and off.Its bright red though and has clots in it but I don t know if I m pregnant I ve taken two test during the placebo week and they have been negative. I also usually skip period I just go straight to the pill so this is the first period I ve had in about 2 months. I have also been stressed this month and have very bad anxiety so this is not helping. I take blisovi fe 21. Should I buy another test Sunday since my placebo pills end tomorrow or should I be okay
