General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You can have claustrophobia like anxiety issue. The difficult breathing can occur due to anxiety induced panic attack. You need to be given cognitive behavioural therapy and counseling. The medication can be given but it will help little as compare to counseling. So I suggest you consult nearby psychiatrist for detailed counseling.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
