Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety While Having Multiple Sclerosis

I have MS and currently have a dose of 3 day IV steriods to help with a relapse. I have taken this before and experience severe anxiety when I finished treatment. I am on day two and terriefied this will happen again. How long will the steriod stay in my system and what can I do to alliviate this from occuring once I stop them?

Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.
If symptoms persist better to consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated.
