General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I am sorry to hear you are not feeling well.
The medications we describe for anxiety cannot be taken without a prescription from your doctor.
The changes in any medications you take should be recommended exclusively from your treating physician.
I strongly suggest you to take some additional measures, along with your medications, like walking, listening to music, staying as long as you can in fresh air. I am sure that you will get improved soon.
All the best
