Suggest Treatment For Severe Arthritis In Hands And Feet

I m 49 years old morbidly obese have severe nerve damage in my lower back and my right leg I have pains just weird pains all over but I have arthritis in my hands and feet and I need something over the counter that s going to take this pain away I have degenerative bone disorder so my bones are push it on my sciatic nerve I got had all my fingers and toes broken and I have arthritis in them bad please help specially with the back hands and feet thank you Donetta Clark

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe arthritis in hands and feet . Well arthritis treatment focuses on relieving symptoms and improving joint function. I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe creams and ointments contain menthol or capsaicin , disease modifying antirheumatic drugs like methotrexate , biologic response modifiers like etanercept or prednisone . Doctor may also recommend physical therapy which will give lot of relief . In some severe cases doctor may consider surgery like joint repair joint replacement . Gentle massage can also give relief . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
